ORLANDO'S HOMETOWN BAR
The Basement opened its doors in July, 2013, and since then our primary goal has been to provide a fun and affordable hang-out for the Downtown Orlando community. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, reunions, after-work happy hours, or casual nights that turn into crazy Snapchat stories... we've seen a lot over these five years. From our regular customers to visitors from out of town, we're honored to be a place people so closely associate with the complete Orlando experience.
THE "FREE BEER" BAR
Owned and operated by UCF alumni, Basement has become THE place to watch Knights football outside of Spectrum Stadium itself. The bar rose to national fame in 2015 when we started giving away free beer until the Knights won a game. Well, the season ended 0-13 and we handed out almost $45,000 worth of beer. However, our fans liked the promotion enough that we stuck with it all the way to see UCF become National Champions only two years later. We're still waiting on ESPN to reach out for the 30-for-30 story on those historic parties at Basement.
68 E PINE
We share an address with our two sister locations, The Attic and The Treehouse, both located directly upstairs. The three make up the "68 E Pine" trinity and each features a distinctly different vibe. While The Basement is your spot for live sports, beer options, and a dive-bar atmosphere, The Attic, which opened in 2010, is an upscale nightclub famous for world-class electronic acts and premium VIP bottle service. Then there's The Treehouse, the youngest and smallest of the three, where you can find craft cocktails in a warm and cozy environment. All three are great for private parties! Let us know below if we can start working on an event for you.
